At Beyond Wardrobe, we want you to love the clothes you rent and have a positive rental experience. If you're not satisfied with your rental for any reason, please let us know.

HERE’S HOW OUR RETURN POLICY WORKS

TIMING:

You may return any item within 24 hours of receiving it for a full refund.

CONDITION:

The clothing must be in its original condition, free from damage, stains, and any signs of wear. if the item is not returned in its original condition, an additional fee may be charged.

PROCESS:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@beyondwardrobe.com. They will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to package and send the item back.

REFUNDS:

Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets the conditions outlined above, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

SHIPPING COSTS:

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping fee.

FINAL SALE ITEMS:

Certain items, such as sale items, may be marked as final sale and cannot be returned.
